How to deal with 'bitches'?

I'm sure most schools have bitches. Girls that like putting others down. I'm a guy and I'm just meant to deal with it, but, it's annoying having them constantly fault peoples looks and being in general, a bitch. It's okay with guys, if they 'start', I usually threaten them, or intellectually outsmart them, but, with girls it's hard as they have the whole class in their back pocket. If they insult you, the whole class will laugh at you. I've had a bit of a mishap with a shaver, and it's left my looks in a bit of a mess, and I'm going to be a target and I'm worried. What do I do?
