Hello.
I am a 18 year old. male. muslim and am trying to stop masturbation. I have currently not masturbated for 6 days which is little progress but today the urge I have is more then ever. I am at home alone majority of the time so, its very tempting for me to do it. I have decided not to go university and instead looking for a apprenticeship. Having moved to a new area I have also become less sociable and haven't talked to friends in a long period of time. I pray 5 times a day in the mosque making sure I take a bath before hand all the time. It is so hard for me to resist the urge to masturbate when I'm in bed, trying to go to sleep. Now that the hormones are kicking in, I just can't resist them. I have had opportunities to loose my virginity but as I am not allowed sex before marriage I had to report to masturbation as a substitute and occasionally used to watch porn. please give me any tips possible.
