Hi TSR, so last week at uni we had a small club night for our society (about 30-40 people) and there I met this girl who I was quite interested in. We had a couple of drinks together and had loads in common, danced a bit together - not in a sexual way but just casually. So, near the end of the night she asked for my number, and said she would text me. The next morning she sure did, and we just had a small convo about general stuff..
the day after she texted, I asked her out casually for a coffee or drink and she replied that she is really busy this week, has exams and all (which is probably true) and suggested we meet up in 2 weeks after its all over. I played it cool, said yeah I understand etc.. let me know when.
Now, the thing is that I don't really know how to keep her interested, 2 weeks is an awfully long time and she would probably forget! Could this be a way of rejecting the date? Also, the convo over texts has kind of come to an end so should I look to prolong it or is that a bit desperate?
Thanks for reading, help appreciated as always! x
