If my husband broke my phone..cuz he got mad and refuses to replace it..and wants me too replace do you feel like it's fair? Cuz i don't and I feel like he should be the one too replace it..he got mad cuz i threw his phone on the floor but i didnt break it. It was still working..so I felt like he shouldn't of broke my phone in pieces..and he feels like he shouldn't be held accountable for it..any opinions...
