For the last two months I've been wanting to ask this girl out. I thought she liked me, then because of overthinking I wasn't sure.
My fear of rejection was huge. I hated the idea of the immediate awkwardness if she said no, and feared losing her friendship. Also I had never asked a girl out before.
Anyway, 2 hours ago I manned up and asked her out! And she said yes!! I can't contain my excitement haha.
My advise:
You won't know until you ask. I can't tell you want rejection feels like, I'd imagine it sucks. But you'll get over it eventually.
Without asking you will never know if the answer is yes!
You'll beat yourself up over it, it will bother you, you wonder what if (as I've been doing for the last three months).
