What Specifically Should I Say When Asking Someone Out?

There's a girl I've been sort of friends with for a while (but most definitely NOT friend-zoned); I want to ask her out in a way that can't be misinterpreted as a platonic "friends day out" type thing.

I'm not too great with words; something in between "hey, wanna go out sometime?" and "LET ME LOVE YOU!!!1!"
