So I was new to the school in September and this boy in my form seemed interested in me, always glancing at me, and I heard from a friend that he'd told her boyfriend he liked a new girl in his form (there were only 2, I don't think it was the other one.) And I don't see any reason why her or hey bf should lie about that.
So anyway a few weeks in this girl who he has known for a while became his girlfriend, and they are still together now. They aren't really close and cuddly in public, just a bit playful but he is like that with most girls. People say he hasn't done anything except kiss a girl (we're 16/17) and he didn't do anything with his ex who he was with last year. Him and his girlfriend don't seem like they'd do that, but maybe they just don't seem it in public.
I don;t know if you're interested but he is kinda tall, has dark hair and a strong jawline and nice eyes and a nice laugh and voice, and is quite jokey and nice to be around, and really handsome, I wouldn't say cute it doesn't really describe him.
His gf is really nice, she's clever and blonde with a fringe and skinny, she looks a bit young and natural like she doesn't wear make up, and they're in the same friendship group. I suppose I'm as pretty as her and similar figure but I have dark hair and look quite different, although I have a fringe, and I'm not quite as confident as her, but I have a more take-the-piss and laugh-at-myself humour.
I see him at form time in the morning and at lunch registration and we get on very well and have a very similar sense of humour and things in common like liking maths, and I really enjoy talking to him haha. Sometimes I think I catch him looking at me but obviously I'm not going to get my hopes up or act on it or anything. I've just been talking to him a lot in form and racing him to maths lol.
So do you think I should wait it out and I have a chance in case they do split up? Or do you think they could stay strong for a while so I should accept that we won't be more than friends...?
