I heard my mum coming down the stairs really slowly this morning and I realised because she is now 65 she is getting aching joints as she is so old. It kind of really upset me also my dads hair has become completely white and he has lost his body mass. It kind of dawned on me that they won't be around much longer. I hate seeing them looking so frail and struggling.
