I've been dating this guy on and off for 5 years. Recently, we decided to get serious and have been living together for 4 months.
Last year, we had an issue when he started an online relationship with a girl in another country. I thought that issue was finished, but a month ago I found out he just maintained his relationship with her AND me. When asked, he said he was afraid she would kill herself if he broke up with her. He assured me he'd break it off... but never did. Finally, I contacted the girl and told her what was happening and she stopped talking to him.
The problem is he's still trying to reach out to her. He says he's concerned about her. But what about my feelings? Am I being too controlling if he says he wants to be just friends with her and I'm not comfortable with it?
