Do you find socially awkward people cute or do you think they are weird?

when I say socially awkward I don't mean as in the type of people who are like bassetts who doesn't have any friends

like the kinda geeky guy/girl who isn't the most popular and don't party all the time. maybe the type of person who relates a lot to the socially awkward penguin meme that was popular on the internet a few years ago

or do you prefer more extroverted people who are the life of a party and are semi-popular?

personally, I like them :p they can be so adorable
