So I'm seeing a guy and we slept together for the first time the other day. I hadn't had sex in a while (4 months ish) and it was a bit painful. Afterwards there was quite a lot of blood on the sheets and I panicked thinking I'd got my period (it wasn't though) . He left after that and I haven't heard from him since... I'm so worried that he's been completely put off me. Should I say something or apologise again?
