Meeting other gay guys

Hey, I'm 19, gay, at uni, and I'm finding it very difficult.. near impossible to meet other people that are gay. It's partly because I'm not a terribly outgoing person especially when it come to being a typical student - I'm not the type of student who goes partying 3-4 times a week, every now and again I like it but I prefer to do other things to, going for a meal with friends, playing sports, cinema, or any other stuff like that. I've tried joining a LGBT youth group and the pride groups at uni but most of guys there (or all in the case of the youth group, where there aren't many people anyway) are very effeminate... I'd love to meet just 1 or 2 gay guys who aren't so effeminate and who I could be friends with, perhaps even more then friends who knows. I should point out I have NOTHING against effeminate guys it's just I would like some friends who I share things in common with, other then the fact that we're both gay. Most of my friends are female (which I guess is the main way i'm stereotypically gay) and alot are in relationships which is **** as I've never been able to be friends with anyone who's gay let alone have a meaningful hug from anyone. Not trying to sound like an attention seeker or anything more but yea, feeling left out is never a nice feeling in any circumstance :) If any of you want to get to know eachother/talk to someone who can relate or whatever feel free to PM me or message me here :) If you're curious I go to UEA.. just incase any gay people are UEA happen to read this lol.
