3 months? Pfffft!

This is from marriagerescue.org

There also needs to be a time when there is a formal ending to all questions about the affair. The affair will need to stop being fed in order for it to be put in the past where it should stay. Continuing to ask questions about the affair for years will only hurt the two of you and not allow the affair to die. Our suggestion is to formally stop all questions 3 months after finding out about the affair. Going much beyond that will impede healing.

Um, WHAT? Are they serious? LMFAO!

So basically, as long as you can lie and gaslight for 12 measly weeks (and hey, let's face it, you're good at lying), you're all clear.

Yeah, um, it's 8 months from DDay and I'm STILL finding out stuff after the fact that I supposedly was told "everything", like buying another woman a lapdance a strip club, and texting OW2 "that better not be my last kiss" (which is an odd thing to say if it "never" went physical ).

If I stopped at 3 months, I'd be the world's biggest fool and it wouldn't just be the tip of the iceberg - it would be a tiny ice cube.
