Sex Problems, Advice?

My bf and I have been together for about 7 months, but because of our schedules we only see each other about once a week. But whenever I see him, he's all over me. Like we can never just go out to eat or we can never just go to the movies without him trying to put a hand in my pants. It's gotten to the point where I avoid seeing him sometimes because I know he'll want to do something. Now I personally don't really like sex. I don't know if it's the fact that he constantly wants it that turns me off, but I just never seem to be in the mood. It's not that the sex itself is bad, I just don't really enjoy it. So I do tell him no a lot, we've been together 7 months and probably only done it like 5 times. And I know everyone has their needs and I do feel bad sometimes, but I'm just never really in the mood. So he annoys me with the constant want for it, I'm sure I annoy him with the constant no's, I really don't know what to do. Advice?
