Need advice about my ex and his twin!

Well... About every few months I go to a holiday park and we have some friends there. I was friends with twin brothers (not identical) who don't get on very well. One of them was my boyfriend for about a year, he didn't treat me very well and because it was long distance it didn't go great. So when it ended, I was kind of angry at him. But I really liked him, and every half term we would still hook up, even though after he would just ignore me and it felt like he was just using me. He got a girlfriend straight after hooking up one time, which upset me. They didn't last very long, but I did something I'm ashamed of because I was so upset. His twin brother really likes me, I knew this, and I knew both were jealous of each other. Basically I got with his brother. Then I lied to my ex saying nothing happened, hooked up with him again, and broke his brothers heart. I feel awful and so guilty. I want to know, should I tell my ex about what I did with his brother? I really love my ex but I know he doesn't treat me right anyway... What should I do?
