My friend keeps acting inappropriately towards me

Hi, I have had a girlfriend for 1 and a half years who I love very much and am completely committed to. There is no-one else for me and I love her completely. We both go to different unis and are in an LDR, only about 2 hours away by train though. Now, one of my close friends knows this, yet every time she is drunk she seems to get inappropriately close to me. We both started Uni in September and she's a member of my tight-knit friendship group, and so telling her to stop may upset her and the group, so I just try and move away from her on nights out. For instance, she tries to hold my hand and kiss my cheek and dance very intimately with me, which seems overly friendly, and has repeatedly told me how my girlfriend is 'very lucky' etc. It is flattering, but at the same time makes me uncomfortable. What should I do?
