I love sushi but hate seaweed :(

I've been reading a lot about the health benefits of seaweed. Given that I enjoy sushi, I figured I'd buy a huge box of roasted seaweed from Costco since I've been more aware of my health lately. After D-Day, I admit to not taking care of myself so I've been all about taking supplements and eating nutritious foods as well as exercising lately.

Now I have 23 containers of seaweed snacks that I don't like. I forced myself to eat one container of it to see if I'd get used to the seaweed taste. The seasonings are great but it's the actual taste of seaweed by itself that puts me off. I feel like I'm licking the side of a trout.

I don't want to waste it and would love the nutritious benefits of it in my diet. Any ideas of what I can put it in to disguise the taste?

Please don't say sushi. I have no intentions of making that at home ever.
