| Over recent weeks i've been jealous at a couple i know (i like the girl, she knows it) normally i can keep a lid on my jealously using techinques i developed myself; meditation etc. but recently even these technquies don't subdue this emotion for long. As i said the girl knows i like her, and she knows i'm jealous of them (i am good at hiding it in public, just i seem to let it all out over the net to random people) and i try to never act on my jealously (which she commeds me for) Just wondered whether anyone has any technquies they use to cope with jealously Note: i think the root of it is half sexual jealously and half romantic jealously | |||
