Don't talk to girls.

I'm 16, at sixth form. Never really talked much to girls in the past. When I went to secondary school I was new (like everyone else) and didn't know anyone. I made a mistake not talking to anyone out of my school. (boys only) During this time, all the other guys in my school took the oppotunity to talk make friends from the girls part of the school. (located nearby) The sixth form is still the same school. Its been so many years on now. I regret my mistake. I have hardly talked to any of the girls at the girls school. Most of them seem quite stuck up and don't or probably won't have a interest in talking to me, since they made their own friends since the start of secondary school. I mean, I have them on Facebook and stuff, but never spoken to them before. I'm wondering how I can get to know more girls from other places? Where can I get to know more people? It seems so late already, almost every person I know have their own group of friends already, over the last few years, and it doesn't seem like they make new friends now. I just feel a bit lonely. Normal teenagers text their friends and talk, all I ever text my friends for is, what the homework was etc. I just wish I could settle in and have friends (of the opposite sex) and be able to talk to.
