Someone I know is a large labour supporter so I have decided to keep insulting them and giving them a flick with an elastic band whenever they bring up politics until they adopt the correct way of thinking. It seems like it is a good way to experiment with learning theory to see if political beliefs can be changed in a similar way to giving a rat an electric shock when it performs incorrect behaviour. Is this wrong of me? I know there will be suffering but it seems to be for the good of science and possibly the country.
