Anyone else a nerdy adult? Thought this would be a fun place where we could chit chat about what games we are playing, books we are reading, movies we are watching, etc.
Introduce yourself, what makes you nerdy?
I'll start. I'm pretty sure I'm the worst. lol. I'm a full time web designer, and in the evenings I play video games. All kinds.
Between my husband and myself we have, 2 DS, 2 3DS, 2 N64, PS2, Xbox360, GameCube, and a Wii U. We will be buying an Xbox One this year, and possibly a PS4. We have also owned a Wii, a PS3, and a Super Nintendo.
We play a large variety of games. Some of our main favorite ones that we play often: Pokemon, Halo, Sims, Elder Scrolls, Super Mario, Mario Kart, Smash Bros, Zelda, Pikmin, Harvest Moon, Fire Emblem, Luigi's Mansion, and a whole lot more. I can't even name them all. :rolleyes:
Currently I am playing the new Zelda: Majora's Mask that just got released. It was one of my favorite games as a kid.
This week we are hosting a just dance party and I am going to an all day web designer conference.
I'm a major book worm. I also love musicals, and am reading the book, "Wicked" right now. I've seen more musicals at the theater than I have went to concerts.
My favorite tv shows are Everybody Loves Raymond, Avatar the Last Airbender, Big Bang Theory, King of Queens, The Office, Burn Notice, the Walking Dead, and Once Upon a Time.
Surely I'm not the only geek here? Anyone else work in code, love cheesy tv shows, or play video games?
