Hello all, new to the forum and figured this was a good spot to post my situation.
I'm 22 years old, and I've been with my current girlfriend for 6 months now. It's a long distance relationship, as she lives 2 hours away. It's not so bad, because I see her fairly often. Usually every weekend or so. Sometimes every other weekend, and sometimes for longer than a weekend at a time. Just depends on my schedule and hers.
For the first three months we dated, sex was a regular thing whenever I went to see her. Like everyday and sometimes twice a day. Then she went away to visit family for a while, and I got busy with work and didn't see her for a few weeks, and when I did see her after that, we didn't. Since then, we've had sex twice. Which is downright awful even by 10 year marriage standards. That almost three months ago now. Not that I haven't tried, it's just everytime I try she turns me down. She's tired. She's not feeling good ect. Always something. When I brought up how we hardly do anymore, her response was "Well we don't see eachother all the time. " which in my opinion, is hardly valid. It isn't as if I see her once a week for only a few hours at a time. No, based on our visits, there is ample opportunity. And the two times we have in the last few months was only because she asked me if I wanted to. Which is weird as hell to ask, but that is besides the point.
I try not to focus on this too much, because I don't want to overlook what kind of girlfriend she is and the things she does for me. But the fact that she always wants me to shower with her, sleep naked with her and all that but rarely puts out drives me, well.. kind of crazy. That, and she talks about living together eventually. When she does, what comes into my mind is "if it is this bad now, what will happen then?" I have a very high sex drive. I can't help it.
