| Hey guys, So I start uni tomorrow and will meet people on my course. The problem is, I'm not an extrovert. I'm shy with new people and don't really have the confidence to properly relax around them- I have to put on a façade and I know that comes across as boring. I'm really scared of making no friends and don't wanna be that loner at uni. I made good friends in sixth form, including getting a gf, but only 4 good friends. I know people's advice will be to join societies and stuff, and I plan to, but I'll always be shy no matter if I'm meeting people at a lecture hall or in a society. It takes me a good few weeks to get to know people. Freshers will be over in 2 weeks. How do I make friends? | |||
