do english women in clubs want to be spoken to or left alone by foreign men

I know they like Being with their friends but are they going for men like me to approach them. i don't have much of an accent anymore as i came when I was a child. i notice many foreign men can be agressive toward women of other nationalies. i wonder if they think that for everybody. i am not from a 3rd world country or anything.
