Stuck between a rock and a hard place

Ok I'm new guys and I really need any advise I can get ASAP. My name is Ricky and a resident in Arkansas. Recently my ex GF and me were fighting non stop we couldn't be pleased with each other we have a one year old son together named Rayne. Well I'm a decent fellow working two full time jobs to meet ends meet making good money for our family. Well one Saturday while I was at work she packed up and left to KY with her rich parents who dislike me due to my non rich life I have. This is the 2nd time she has done this to me but as you can see shame on me for letting her back right? Well I love her so much and she's willing to come back again...the reasoning for her leaving was her unhappiness I was gone all the time but I had to work to provide she had a job also but it wasn't enough for me to work just one don't get me wrong I was unhappy too at the time of her nagging at me all the time for working 6 doubles a week and only getting one day off and on my day off I'd want to relax is that bad? I want to see my son but she won't let me meaning ill have to spend a fortune in court but I can just let her come back see my son save the trouble and risk being unhappy. There's no I between with this girl she used to take anxiety pills and was decently happy then her craziness started of throwing moola is in my eyes when I'm driving grabbing the steering wheel jerking us through a fence...throwing boiling water on me...I mean even through this I love her but the reason I'm here today is while she was gone I met another girl sweet as can be caring loving but I miss my son and he is more important than my selfishness or should I just say no and not give my ex a 3rd chance when this girl deserves a first?
