Although it can certainly be argued that many political figures have a certain degree of narcissism (and many public figures as well), I must say nearly any time I hear Trump speak I practically have PTSD from my marriage to a narc making my spidey-sense kick in, hair stand on end and fear-induced adrenaline kick in.
The know-it-all attitude, the lack of culpability, the victim mentality (claiming he was misquoted by the press when the video clip clearly showed him saying EXACTLY what the reporters quoted in writing) and his sense of superiority combined with a total cluelessness (the comment that most of them are criminals and rapists coupled with "the latinos love me"...)
My history with a narcissist sends up red flags every time he opens his mouth. The things he says I could totally see my ex saying, especially when he claims people are against him because he's rich/smart/special.
Regardless of whether or not he's capable of running this country (and while he might be good for the economy, he'd likely get us into a war with Russia or Korea with his lack of personal skills), does anyone else get that vibe from him? Just curious.
