Is this girl interested in me, or am I friend zoned?

I'll try to keep this short to avoid long paragraphs: [Intro] Okay, so I randomly added a girl from College who I saw around since her class was next to mine and she appeared on my suggested friends list on Facebook. She started talking to me with the usual 'Hey do I know you?', me being a conversationalist managed to keep a conversation up with her. Details details.. she opened up to me a little, explained she has severe depression, is quite hard footed due to operations on her feet and her toes undercutting eachother slightly and how her 'best friend' laughed at her when he first saw it. I tried to be as friendly and understanding as possible, as that's just what I'm normally like anyway. [Main] After a few days (4 now) of talking I offered to help her get a job if she taught me how to swim, she said that in order to do that we're going to have to meet. So we've organised to meet tomorrow. Now she talks about her ex's sometimes and a few days ago she was texting me and was in one of her depressed moods (This is a common occurrence, however I'm patient and take the time to listen to her and try to help her) and was telling me about someone she was supposed to be seeing now. She said she was upset because when there's a problem in a relationship the point is to try and sort it out but whenever she tries it always ends up in an argument and she's 'given up' with relationships because she get's messed around so much. I told her that because she's been messed around she obviously hasn't met the right people and needs to be patient and a bit more optimistic. She responds with 'Then the right people need to show themselves haha' I asked 'Oh, well I thought you said I was cool!.. :( I know some cool people too..' Her response was 'Yeah you are!' then game me a paragraph about how happier she was now she was talking to me, that her depression wasn't as bad, how she trusts me etc etc etc.. [Outro] I think she's interested in me, but how she talks about her lack of interest in relationships now even though she's always saying that all she wants in her life is to marry someone that makes her happy and she makes him happy etc, then when I told her I'd walk her home tomorrow she said it was okay as she was fine walking herself home - me being stubborn said that it wasn't an offer as I'd rather see her home safe myself. EDIT: Forgot to mention, I am one hell of a geek, I know I'm not the most attractive person there is and I'm very work orientated (aspiring photographer) while she's faaar more attractive than I am.
