For the last year we no longer or very rarely go to bed together. My partner likes to stay up late and sleep late. I am a morning person....so I go to bed a little earlier so I can get up. Typically I go to bed about 130 or 2 am. My partner goes to bed anywhere from 3 to 6 am. I have got up in the morning before and he is still up. I don't think you should go to bed if you're not tired....but I would sure like him to go to bed with me....once I fall asleep he could get back up. I don't think our sleep schedules are healthy to our relationship. | |||
