Is it inapporiate for a married man to horseplay/wrestle with a female co-worker

I have horse played/wrestled with a female co-worker a couple of times this week.I was wondering should this be considered inappropriate?How would you react if you found out your spouse was doing this?Is this something worthy of feeling ashamed or guilty about?She started it by touching my hip in a playful way.
