Emotional Affairs

I'm recently married to a woman who I've been together with for about 6 years. We are in love and there is, honestly, nothing really wrong with our relationship. We tend to work things out smoothly, work really well together...but I've had an emotional affair (hanging out 4 evenings while on an international business trip) with a co-worker that should have become physical. She tried, but I told her no. I feel really guilty about even putting myself into a position to be hit on and being approached for something extra-marital, but I'm also kind of proud of myself for drawing a line. Going forward, I assume, the line should be much earlier if not at all...any advice what I should do about the co-worker? What should I tell the wife?
