So I am away trying to help my teen daughter get her driver's license. Daughter is rather independent and does not like a great deal of input. We get along fine and infact I am thankful how well we do get along but I do hear, Ï know Mom," a lot. Yesterday she nearly hit a car and I held my tongue til some disrespectful words came out of hr mouth later in the evening.
Due to the time difference from where I am and where we live I have been texting with husband rather than calling. He's a texting type anyway. So I explained to him everything that happened, all the attitude and everything, feeling stress, etc. He writes back and says, "Try to make tomorrow a better day."
Just curious how you ladies would take that response?
