I was wondering if anyone has successfully resolved a snoring problem?
I am in a teetering relationship, but this seems to be an issue that can't be solved between us, and I am wondering if anyone has dealt with snoring so that you both get to sleep again, if not for this relationship, then for the future. Such a common thing, snoring, can cause a huge issue, because sleep is a NEED.
He can't wear a mouthguard (tried different types ordered online) because it is uncomfortable, and earplugs every night don't work for me due to a materials allergy and pain (plus the snoring is so loud they aren't effective when I wear them).
He does not have apnea, but will not go to an allergist or have surgery. Not an option from his side.
Any ideas other than mouthguard or earplugs, since surgery is off his list??
