Pot Legislation....A Step Further
I hope those who answered on the first pot thread will here too. This is a hypothetical scenario I admit but....this will happen and probably already has.
Residents of Arkansas (or any other state), Vinton and Naomi Harper travel to Colorado and engage in the purchase of pot. They decide to purchase a few ounces to take home with them. They are stopped in Oklahoma (or any other state) and the pot is discovered in the search. Let us skip the argument of 'probable cause' and skip right to the...ummm "lawbreakers".
Below is a link to each state's laws concerning pot possession, re-sale, etc. What do you, the TAM public believe the law 'should be'. How should the Harper couple be disciplined...if at all? Keep in mind...it was purchased legally and was intended for their personal consumption in the privacy of their own home.
