What are your guys opinion on PUA?
Personally, I've actually read a bit of the stuff on PUA. I've bought two PUA text copies - Neil Strauss and another more unknown 'artist'. What is everyone's opinion on PUA and people who follow PUA?
I am not sure if PUA really works. I think there are a few good observations - but I don't think they essentially are able to help people as much as they can. 'Picking up' girls or guys isn't formulaic base. You can be a nice guy/girl and attract an equally nice guy/girl. I know people who married their long-term nice friend. I also know people who hook up everytime they go out. But i think it is determined by their values. Personally I haven't hooked up sexually as I don't think it befits my religious values. But aside from hook-ups, PUA guides often speak on 'attraction'. I do not think aside from the confidence boost and social tips they give they don't really help!
