I'd be interested to know:
1. how long you've been with your partner and also circumstances, ie how far you live from each other/ what you do/ your age etc?
2. how often do you physically see each other and how much and what kind of contact you have otherwise?
3. was there more or less contact at the start of the relationship?
my current bf does not really want to be in daily contact. it's relatively early days but I am v disappointed, as for me contact at least every other day, even if it is a short email or text, is the norm and that's how it was with previous bfs. don't want to appear too needy and I know that he is not doing this on purpose but is just the way he is. still, it makes me sad and I wonder about our compatibility and whether this will change with time.
what's your experience/opinion?
