So for Valentines day I am planning on giving a letter to a girl who I have never said a word to in my entire life. I saw her about a week ago for the first time, and since then just here and there at school... I am not sure if she has a boyfriend or anything but I think if I don't do this I will always think back to why I didn't... I just need some help in fabricating the letter so it's not creepy at all... What I have in mind:
Hey,
You don't know me, but my name is ____. I think I saw you once at ____ , and since it's valentines day I just figured I would let you know that I think your quite beautiful, and seem like a lovely person.
Hope you have a good day,

At this point should I leave my number or just kind of leave it at that? Is there anything else I should or shouldn't add? Also please include if I just shouldn't do it at all... (I have my doubts).
