We broke up on Wednesday after a break and he had found someone else anyway to cut the post down we agreed to remain friends which is fine because I don't want to be with him and I'm trying to move on myself but today I'm having a day where everything reminds me of him and I'm nearly crying at everything and right now I'm an emotional mess and I have work in 10 minutes, how can I stop feeling like this? I know time will help but right now I need a quick fix. I wrote a letter on the ''dear you'' thread if you want to read it (http://ift.tt/1iaGs1z posted under this username) just in case you need more info etc.
