My daughter and I just began using Rosetta Stone to learn German. I've just received it yesterday in the mail - all 5 levels. They had a good deal for all 5 levels plus free shipping, so I said why not. Could help me with my career. So far German is an interesting language - it's fun learning a new language and I may even become a polyglot! (OK, OK, one step at a time). But there are a few words that I have some difficulty pronouncing, with "Milch" being one of them. There are just a few sounds in German that us English speakers have never really did before. Also, I'm amazed at how tired your face gets when you're trying to pronounce the words correctly - LOL. Anyone else have experience in learning German or any language recently who wish to share success stories? I'm especially interested in hearing from those who have English as their native tongue since we're so lazy at learning other languages. But by all means, anyone is welcome to post their stories! | |||

Found out saying "Milch" is very hard for me! Any language learning success stories?
