Confused

I got a new job, and my ex works there he wouldnt leave me alone constantly talking to me and ive been in a relationship for a couple of years and Ive ended up sleeping with my ex behind everyones back and now its completely awkward at work and I dont know what to do :/ I cant tell anyone because of what they will think of me.
