This sounds shallow but i don't know what to do

Right there is this boy at college and hes basically an idiot but really nice and funny and i always feel good when I'm with him and he likes me and i kindda rejected him but no i find that i reaally like him. My only problem is is that everyone will take the p**s and he has Cerebral palsy which i think i would find hard to cope with if we dated because he dribble sometimes and struggle with hygiene. Am i just shallow. All opinions welcome, Thanks alot. x
