Difficulty with long distance (marriage) relationship :(

So I have been married for almost 2 years in May. Been together 5 years. This is my second marriage and because we both have children from our previous marriages, we have chosen to live apart for basically this reason. We share custody of our children with our ex's and need to stay in the same town. Our driving distance is about 2 hours apart. We both work full time. We have been seeing each other every Wednesday night and every weekend. In the beginning he used to share the driving and we would alternate houses. Now...the past year I do all the driving. He never comes to where I live. We used to text and email during the day, when able, but that has stopped. I would send messages and he would not reply. That would make me sad, so I would let him know my feelings. He would get mad and say he is just too busy to respond. I told him that since we don't see each other much our only way of communication is phone. Seriously...I feel sad and lo nely and feel as though he does not care. When I try to communicate my feelings he gets mad and says, I see I am not meeting your needs. But he doesn't do anything about it. It's almost as if he says. I am not meeting your needs so deal with it, because I don't have time for that stuff. Any suggestions?
