Anon because his friends go on here. :) This guy I know only through being in the same class for like a year is always comforting/reassuring me. We don't talk much, we're just acquaintances really. But if we're waiting outside the classroom or we're put together to work by the teacher we'll talk. The conversation always turns into him comforting/reassuring me about something haha. Like for example after an exam he was saying how I was the smartest in the class and I'll have done well, etc. I'm worried that I might be coming across as insecure and annoying. The other day I got some questions wrong in class and he said "you've done fine" in a reassuring tone and then he put his hand on my lower back. I've started to kind of like him and I'm not sure if this comforting this is a complete turn off. I know guys don't want the useless, insecure girl but that's not really me. It's just the role I seem to take on when I'm with him or something? But then I've heard that guys like a girl who's vulnerable as it brings out their protective side. So guys, is reassuring/comforting girls in those kind of situations annoying and a turn-off? Thanks. | |||
