To cut a long story short, I'm studying a very intensive master's degree and my boyfriend's in between things at the moment, i.e. unemployed.
I have never liked most of his friends: they are selfish, go out to get drunk and get laid and have been pretty stand-offish with me in the past. These are his friends from his undergraduate university.
I am not that concerned that he is going to cheat on me- we've discussed this loads and I really doubt it; however, I find it absolutely frustrating that I barely have time to socialise and he meets them all the time, goes out with them on weekends etc. It just gets to me because I feel like i work work work and he's having a much better time. And it's not like I can join him- it was would be massively awkward since they don't like me very much.
