Really need support

I have just left my boyfriend of 4.5 years. I have had enough and cant take anymore. He is not violent but verbally abusive with lies and shutting down.I have split in the past and although i feel stronger when he is away i know my weak point is when he comes to take the kids - this is when he charms me with his niceness and i think he has changed. He will be here tomorrow
