Poll: stress/anxiety signs/symptoms

So how do you know that you are anxious/stressed, etc. about something in your life...what symptoms/signs do you experience?

For example, for myself sleep is hugely affected...I tend to fall asleep fast normally but when stressed it takes me longer as well I tend to wake up a lot and/or wake up too early. Last night I did not fall asleep until about 11 and woke up at 3:30 and have been up ever since...gah...I hate that! THe worst part is it can happen every night until my anxiety goes down..

I also find that I need distractions...to be around other people a lot because if I am home say by myself I tend to ruminate more thus I like being with others socializing and almost hate being home by myself.

I think I am going to take yoga this fall as I think I need to learn to calm my mind and be able to focus better.
