Well, my fiancé just got a work transfer and my ex husband is trying to prevent the move. It appears to be a very intense legal fight ahead.
We already bought a house etc and we were ready to take my son with. We even looked at schools.
My ex husband will not budge on this.
He wants to be the primary caregiver for our son. He is a good father.
My attorney says nothing is going to be settled quickly and this could cost tens of thousands.
