So here it goes, I'll try and keep it as short as possible.
My girlfriend and I are both 18 and have been dating for 2 years now. I have always been super jealous of my girlfriend's rich family and how much she gets from them. Here are some examples:
Her pocket money. she receives £100 a month off her parents (on top of her high paying part time job), which she spends all of within half a month. Then gets pissy when I am tight paying for things for her.
She also gets pretty much everything for example she is having trouble dieting and said once that she will go running so her parents bought her £100 running shoes that havent even been touched for about 6 months. For my 18th I got £50 and a big party, which I thought was great! Then she gets £1500 macbook air and says "its not too much I mean it is my 18th and I deserve something pretty good for this occasion".
The most recent things that has got be extremely jealous is now I am going to university and I will only get £3700 for living and my parents really cant afford to pay the rest of my accommodation. I am going to be really skint and have to work all summer to pay. Then she comes out with "I only get £3700 as well, but my parents are paying for premium + en suit room!" (costing £6200).
RIGHT sorry! I am basically just venting my opinions, but the bottom line is I am SUPER envious! I don't know how to help my emotions! What is your opinion on all of this?
