Wife is considering breast implants. Will sex be better and what about jealousy

My wife had a tummy tuck with muscle repair last year. Now we are discussing her getting a boob job. She has mentioned it before and now she is really considering it next spring. Im a little worried about her getting attention from other guys, she does not go out to bars or party but she goes to the gym. Shes not the cheating type of person but i have read lots of stories about women changing after they have this procedure. She assures me she would never leave. Another thing is when i want sex and she doesnt i get mad at her, this doesnt happen often but does happen every once in awhile. Im afraid i will be jealous although shes just going from a b cup to a c cup. i have read that most husbands are jealous at first but get over it. I need some input on what to expect and how to deal with these issues. Does anyone wish their wife had never got this done?
