i'm 18, female and there's this really cute guy at my new job who is roughly the same age. He's honestly so lovely and i rarely get crushes on people so this is kinda big for me. Every time i speak to him i get butterflies but we don't get to speak that often as we work in different departments and only talk if we're on lunch at the same time. I get super nervous around him too and sometimes i wanna go up to him when i see him before/after work but he's always with others and i wouldn't know how to start the conversation. any advice?
