Should i go to party?

I've been invited for a party this weekend but the problem is it's going to be like 8 women to 3 guys (me included) but I have pretty bad social skills and tend to get nervous around women. I really have been looking to get out more and meet some women but this is kinda a big step and don't want to make a fool out of myself. What do you think?
